  • "Friends, let us gather around a Cilinger Table!"

Raki table is often called Cilingi Sofrasi (Locksmiths table). Raki is said to hold a mysterious power able to open up even the most reserved. The once hidden doors to your soul open up one by one, until your true essence is revealed.
  • "Wine is for those that live, but Raki is for those whose stories are only half told"

Everyone is gathered around the table where our hearts speak. Before anyone takes the first sip, their glasses all rise to the air. First, we honour health, and then sweet conversations. Then, we say we will drink in honour of everyone, their happiness, their loves and the unfinished stories that will come to life around this very table. Then we all raise our glasses equally. The aim is not to get drunk, but to have relaxed converstion with pleasant ease. Those sitting at the table may not have to speak, but the voice of their hearts we still hear. If there is a lady present at the table, her glass will always be raised higher, for this gives her superiority in recognition of the honour that women bring to the table.
  • "Come all together now! Let's drink in honour of what was, what is, those unfinished stories and to future romances to come. Cheers!"
